We need pain. It seems contradictory to say it, particularly now that we have so many ways of dealing with it and switching it off. Pain not only tells us something is wrong, it also protects us. If you slam the car door on your hand, it’s going to hurt.
Trying to use the built-in iframe code gives mixed results …

NB: wordpress autofixed that code to become:

and I changed the width to 100% adn the height to about 650 to give the frame below
… but it isn’t reliable
but it doesn’t work reliably …. the BBC and guardian websites give an error of “www.xzy.com refused to connect” :: tried several options for XYZ:
- www.cloudhealthuk.com ==> gives the page template but a 404
- www.cloudhealthuk.com/about/prices ==> WORKS !!
